Breaking the bundaries, they decided to redefine the four centuries old tradition of Cognac making. Quand Sabrina imagine un cognac to answer to the world’s evolving palette and concerns Julie and her unique palate of a female sommelier made the dream comes true. Sabrina and Julie connect their skills with the (technical) know-how of Géraud, a famous Cognac master blender to create a pure, precious and vibrant cognac together : EXSTO COGNAC
